Project Description: Rooftop Somnambulism
Living alone in New York amidst the pandemic is driving her crazy. Now she sleepwalks. Usually, her routes are pretty random, but tonight the air feels different. “I wish the director would see my audition tape; I wish China and the U.S. would stop demonizing each other; I wish my apartment would be warmer, my rent cheaper, and my boyfriend would just call me more…”
All the fell-through plans and unfulfilled dreams turn into boiling loneliness and finally take her here, on the rooftop. If she tells all these wishes to the meteor shower, will she be heard?
